This is with reference to our recent discussion on our Sales Staff training and your memo dated 22-01-03 taking into consideration the recent survey conducted by IMRC & the final result, which was indeed embarrassing, we have decided on conducting an in-depth training programme, whereby we need your support. This training programme would span over a period of 4 to 5 months as can be seen in the schedule below. The venue for the same, I suggest to be the Nissan Automobiles premises at Ibra, for it will be accessible to all branches in the Dhakliya region commencing from the 7th Feb.’03 with the CRM & Marketing training. Thereafter, from the 28th of Feb.’03, the training will be conducted on every alternative Friday, until the 13th of Jun.’03. Sixteen staff members will be representing the branches of the Dakhliya and Sharkiya region. The timings will be from 9.am to 1 p.m and from 2 pm to 5 pm
The following points need to be focused upon for the training in order to considerably enhance our image in the near future. We will be requiring your suggestions if any as we should have results at the end of this long training. The managers of the various franchises are to be contacted and to be informed of this programme so that they could attend and arrange their respective franchise training. We request you to kindly do the needful.
